• Client-specific deliverables ownership is defined in the service agreement
• Open-source components are subject to their respective licenses
• Trade secrets and confidential information must be protected by both parties

> 4. Warranties and Limitations

Our services are provided "as is" unless explicitly warranted in a service agreement. While we employ industry-best security practices, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Liability limitations are specified in individual contracts.

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Distribution of malware or harmful code
• Violation of third-party rights

> 6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the business relationship. NDAs may be required for specific projects.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
